PPP Update for NV Chambers of Commerce

Information from the Nevada Chambers of Commerce about the Paycheck Protection Program

Date: 5/7/20 08:16 (GMT-08:00)Subject: A PPP update for Nevada Chambers of Commerce

Roughly 183B has been approved in round 2 of PPP funding. The good news is that there is still money out there for small businesses to apply for PPP so encourage them to keep applying. Funding totals are updated daily here: https://www.sba.gov/funding-programs/loans/coronavirus-relief-options/paycheck-protection-program

We are aware that borrowers applied to multiple banks for PPP loans. Please advise borrowers once they have received funding from a bank to cancel/withdraw any outstanding applications they may have in process with other banks. This allows for less time to be spent on several banks working on the same business loan.
